The following Terms regulate the use of services, websites, products, solutions, and software (collectively referred to as "InsightBoard.io" or the "Service"). This Service is operated by Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Sladkovskyi, an individual entrepreneur registered under the laws of Ukraine, Tax ID / EDRPOU: 3423906052, located at 3 Kadetskyi Hai Street, Kyiv, 03048, Ukraine (hereinafter the "Company", "we", "our", or "us", depending on context).
The Site — the publicly accessible website https://insightboard.io, open for free visual review — is owned (or lawfully used) by Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Sladkovskyi (Individual Entrepreneur, Tax ID: 3423906052), and services are provided / goods are sold through it.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and any other persons accessing InsightBoard.io (hereinafter "you", "User", or "Client", depending on context). If you act as an agent or employee of a user, you represent and warrant to the Company that you have authority to bind that party and accept these Terms on its behalf.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree that the Company may update these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion, by posting updated Terms at /terms. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of InsightBoard.io following such changes constitutes your acceptance. If you disagree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using InsightBoard.io.
1. Using InsightBoard.io
1.1. By using the Service, you confirm:
- (a) Information provided upon registration is accurate and truthful.
- (b) You will keep this information current.
- (c) You are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally competent.
- (d) Using InsightBoard.io does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
1.2. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference (available at: /privacy). By using the Service or Website, you consent to our use of your personal information, including, but not limited to, your email address, as described in our Privacy Policy.
1.3. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and access methods. We are not liable for any losses due to unauthorized account usage.
1.4. You agree not to use or allow the Service to be used, directly or indirectly, to:
- (a) Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- (b) Violate intellectual property rights or misappropriate confidential business information of third parties.
- (c) Conduct activities in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
1.5. You may not:
- (a) Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute licenses or materials provided by InsightBoard.io.
- (b) Use the Service for illegal purposes or infringe on local, national, or international laws, including intellectual property and privacy laws.
- (c) Disable, circumvent, or tamper with security features of InsightBoard.io.
- (d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code of InsightBoard.io.
- (e) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on InsightBoard.io.
- (f) Use InsightBoard.io to provide similar services to third parties or compete directly with our Service.
- (g) Misrepresent, misuse, or otherwise violate rights or applicable laws through InsightBoard.io.
1.6. Non-compliance with these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
1.7. Recording & Consent. Where you use InsightBoard.io to upload, record, transcribe, or analyze calls, meetings, or other conversations, you are solely responsible for obtaining all consents and providing all notices required by applicable law — including call-recording, wiretapping, and data-protection laws such as the GDPR — from every participant before capturing or submitting such content to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have obtained these consents, and you will indemnify us against any claim arising from your failure to do so.
1.8. Purpose of the Service. InsightBoard.io is a sales coaching and enablement tool. Its purpose is to help managers coach, train, and support their sales teams and improve sales performance — by providing summaries, insights, scores against criteria you define, and suggestions, based on conversations you choose to submit. It is a supportive aid for the human user and not a substitute for the user's own judgment.
1.9. Human Oversight & AI-Generated Content. Insights, scores, summaries, and suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence, are informational only, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service provides decision support; it does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on any individual, it is not designed for covert monitoring, and it does not infer or assess the emotions of any person. You retain full human oversight, and any decision — including any decision affecting an employee — is made by you and remains your responsibility. You agree to use the Service lawfully, including informing the members of your team where required by applicable employment or data-protection law.
2. Payment
2.1. InsightBoard.io offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued Service usage requires a paid subscription. Payment details are specified in your user account or separate subscription agreements.
2.2. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record. Payments for InsightBoard.io are processed by PayPro Global, Inc. (225 The East Mall, Suite 1117, Toronto, ON, M9B 0A9, Canada), acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. PayPro Global is the seller of record for your order: it collects payment, issues the invoice, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your charge may therefore appear on your bank or card statement as PayPro Global rather than InsightBoard.io. Card details are entered on PayPro Global's hosted checkout and are never received or stored by us.
2.3. Billing & Renewals. If you purchase a subscription, you authorise the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other amounts due to be charged to your selected payment method. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same length. Subscriptions are priced per seat; the amount charged is the per-seat price multiplied by the number of seats on your subscription.
2.4. Cancellation. During the free trial there is nothing to cancel: no payment method is stored and the trial ends on its own without any charge. On a paid plan you may cancel at any time through Settings → Billing and Usage or by contacting us at support@insightboard.io. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, submit your cancellation request at least forty-eight (48) hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect on the next payment date.
2.5. Refund Policy — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, email support@insightboard.io within fourteen (14) days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked.
2.6. This does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
2.7. How to Request a Refund. To request a refund or make amendments to an order, email support@insightboard.io from the email address used for purchase, with your order details.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Information and materials available on the Website or through InsightBoard.io—including HTML, texts, audio, video, graphics, datasets, software, code, scripts, and other content (collectively "Company IP")—are owned exclusively by the Company. All intellectual property rights remain with us.
3.2. Unless explicitly permitted by these Terms, unauthorized use of Company IP may violate applicable laws.
3.3. Users grant the Company a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use their trademarks, business names, logos, and brief professional descriptions for promotional materials, case studies, and marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1. InsightBoard.io may provide links to third-party websites or resources ("Third-Party Materials"). We have no control over their content and bear no responsibility for their availability, content, or accuracy.
4.2. Accessing Third-Party Materials through InsightBoard.io is at your own risk. These Terms do not apply to such usage, and you release us from any liability related to your use of Third-Party Materials.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
5.1. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding Service availability, functionality, content, accuracy, security, integration, or results. You use the Service "as is" and "as available" at your own risk.
5.2. We disclaim all liability for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or otherwise), including loss of profits or data arising from use or inability to use InsightBoard.io, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.
5.3. You acknowledge that all decisions based on insights provided by InsightBoard.io are your responsibility. We shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from such decisions.
6. Indemnification
6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, or (b) violation of applicable laws or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Access and rights to use InsightBoard.io terminate immediately upon your breach of these Terms.
7.2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
7.3. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be subject exclusively to the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
