Free Trial
InsightBoard.io includes a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying anything. No payment method is required to start the trial, and you are never charged automatically when it ends.
Cancellation
During the free trial there is nothing to cancel — no payment method is stored, and the trial simply ends on its own without any charge.
On a paid plan you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing and Usage, or by emailing support@insightboard.io. Cancellation stops all future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@insightboard.io from the email address used for purchase, with your order details. Refunds are issued through our payment provider and Merchant of Record, PayPro Global, Inc., and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit can take up to ten (10) business days to appear.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
